Engineering, Server and Application Installation Services
Before recommending a course of action for our clients it is important that we understand their business as well as its technical, functional and availability requirements. Phase 1 (Project Initiation)
Develop the Project Plan which includes design, implementation, and test/verification, then, after holding a project “kick-off” meeting with appropriate client-side staff and the assigned Engineering Project Manager from Aloha Technical Solutions, create the Statement-of-Work, Project Planning, and Implementation documents. This enables us to collaborate on a solution that is based on defined “Best Practices” for the current hardware environment, current software applications, and the projected implications on the environment.

Phase 2 (Implementation/Deployment)
This phase includes preparation of the hardware and software solution at Aloha Technical Solutions facilities, or at the client’s site according to the specifications developed in Phase1. This will provide for an appropriate, seamless implementation and deployment of the solution within the client’s environment. Specialized ATS Engineers will be assigned and deployed to the client’s facilities to complete the implementation, deployment and testing of the solution in coordination with the appropriate staff from the organization and according to the project plan defined in Phase

Phase 3 (Knowledge Transfer)
Knowledge Transfer is provided by Aloha Technical Solutions Engineers on location during all phases of the project regarding the features and operation of the proposed solution that enable our client’s staff to maximize their productivity with the new solution. In addition, Knowledge Transfer can also be provided through a certified customized course instruction in our Honolulu Training Center.
